66 year female with Shortness of breath and swellings on face and both the legs.
A 66 year old female patient,housewife by occupation resident of Veldev came to the hospital with the complaints of Shortness of breath from 1 week and swellings on face and both legs from 5 days ago.
HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS-
The patient was apparently asymptomatic 1 year back.Then she developed loin pain which is pricking type and radiating towards lower back and she went to a hospital after that she took medicine for her loin pain. Then She developed shortness of breath from past 1 week due to taking medicine for her loin pain.
Onset of Shortness of breath is Sudden which is aggrevated by taking medicine for loin pain and relieved by unknown medication and associated with swellings of face and both legs.
Swelling is Pitting type of edema which is grade 2 in both the legs and grade 1 in face which is started from past 5 days.

Moderately built and nourished.
No pallor
No icterus
No clubbing
No cyanosis
No lymphadenopathy
Pitting Edema on both the legs and face
